The New Directors Training Institute (NDTI) is a four-session training course designed for New Directors with less than two years as a senior center director, as well as seasoned professionals interested in updating their knowledge base and exchanging ideas. It provides a road-map to navigate the challenges and opportunities one faces as a professional in aging services in NYC. NDTI strives to create a professional core of directors who will become the future leaders in the field of aging.
