HIV/AIDS and Older Adults Training Schedule
Thanks to generous funding
by New York City Council, CSCS, working with the AIDS Community Research
Initiative of America (ACRIA), is proud to coordinate training for
senior service providers in HIV/AIDS and older adults. HIV is now a
concern for senior service providers as one-third of people living with
HIV/AIDS in NYC are over 50 according to the study “Research on Older
Adults with HIV” (ROAH), completed by ACRIA.
While you are welcome to attend any training, we will be scheduling
trainings in every City Council district in New York City, and encourage
you to attend the training in your neighborhood.
More dates are
forthcoming!
