  1. Aftercare: After the Death, Grief and Counseling
    Learn how different religions deal with death after the funeral and how this knowledge can be applied to your center and what members of the center can do to help the survivors of the death.

  2. Communicating With Difficult Clients

  3. The Elder Boomers Are Coming: The New York State Governor’s 2015 Report

  4. Falls Prevention: Identifying Risk Factors and Effective Interventions
    Participants in this workshop will learn how to identify risk factors for falls, recognize the impact of the fear of falling on remaining active in the community, become familiar with assessment instruments that indicate fall risk, and intervene to prevent and/or reduce falls.

  5. Growing Older: Asian-Americans in NYC
