South Bronx seniors protest cuts to services

(05/23/11) THE BRONX - Senior citizens took a stand and rallied against cuts to their services in the mayor's proposed budget.

Local leaders and seniors gathered at the Davidson Senior Center to fight against the proposed cuts. Seniors say the cuts would leave them nowhere to turn.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg's proposed budget could shutter senior citizens centers through the city.
